STEPS FOR MACRO

1)Go to the tools menu then choose macro.
2)Choose record new macro.
3)Give your macro a name and store your macro in all document and ok.
4)The toolbar for recording will appear and write anything you want and click
stop.
5)Delete whatever you wrote there, then go to tools, macro,then macros and
click ok, and it will come.
