STEPS FOR MAIL MERGE

1) Go to tools menu,mail merge, and creat form letters.
2) Then new document.
3) Get data, creat data source.
4) Fill your field name and you can delete the field names that you dont want and ok.
5) Save your data source.
6)Then edit data source and fill your data form and ok.
7) Now write your form letter and go to tools and mail merge and merged your letter and click on merge.
8) Your letter will come, and save it.
