You should go and check with the website that the name that you are choosing for your business is that available or not. You also have to look for the url to make sure that no one else is using that name and that url that you are using.If you don't do all of these things and you start your business, you will spend a lot of money and when everything is ready to go someone will call you and say that you know what you can't use this name beacuse this is my business name and i have been using this for three years then you have to close everything and you can't get your money back.
