POWERPOINT

Today our teacher gave us more information about powerpoint.How to use it, how to make
your each slide, how to make them look nice,how to add sound and how to do animations
in your slide show and how to save them.Mr.case said that make some changes in your
previous powerpoint presentation about the things you learned today. First of all when you are
working on your powerpoint presentation you should have a blank slide because you can write
anything you want, you can make your own background and you can make your slide look good.
When you are working on your project at the bottom of your page there are some signs that you can use e.g draw,autoshapes,line arrow,rectangle,oval,text box,insert wordart,insert clipart,fill colour,line colour, front colour,line style,dash style,arrow style and shadow.
On the top of the page there are some more sign too that are usefull and important e.g file ,edit,
view, insert, format, tool,slide show , window and help.You can do your all work using these signs.When you are presenting you should make sure that your presentation is completly ready and if you want that no can see your slide you can save them as powerpoint presentation show and some times it can be dangerous.When you are presenting press ctrl+b and you will get a blank slide and you can make yourself ready to present.

TEST AND PRESENTATION


I got my test back and i think that i didn't got a good mark so i talked about this
to mr.case and he said that you can rewrite this test when i made a new one.
I did my presenttation yesterday and i was a little bit nervous which happens with everyone and i tried my best. I wish my teache give me a good mark for this presentation.

WHAT IS AN INUPUT AND OUTPUT DEVICES

Things that gives information out of a computerto you is called output device.Ex:printers,
monitors, headphones, floppy disks, and speakers.
Things that you gives information to the computer is called input device.Ex: mouse, keybourd,
graphics tablet, scanner, and microphone.

TEST

Today we did a test which was about computer componenets project.It was hard and MR.case told us on thursday that we have a test on friday but he wrote about this test in his site and i forgot to check his site, i did my best on this test but i don't no what will happen?

POWER POINT PRESENTATIONS

Today Mr. Case talked about the powerpoint that how can we can use powerpoint and how to use it when we are doing a presentation.when you are doing a presentation in powerpoint you should always take blank slide because you can do anything you want and you can choose any back ground which can make your slide better.You can do any kind of presentation in powerpoint, and we are working on a three minute presentation in powerpoint which will be due on maybe friday or monday.

Powerpoint is the most important part of prensentation.This article
is about how a pain it is when doing a business presentation at powerpoint.
When you are doing your presentation or present something the participants doesn't pay attention to your slides they pay attention to you and you are the most important part in presentation. You can do any kind of presentetion in powerpoint.You have to
present data with points on the first slide and show the data and draw on the next.When you are presenting some thing and you have more than one presenter
you should switch presenters between slides too and this will keep the attendees engaged.There are some presentations that are boring and makes audience fall
asleep and therefore don't try to put all the written things in your presentation just view your presentation and make it short summary.The audience can read faster than you speak to them so dont use your slide as your script, also do not read short notes and never read slide title it will not add any value to the presentation.Script your each side but dont read them beacuse each slide has a purpose to take away the value.A better presentation can be understood by reading the titles and take away the main point.You can do more work in powerpoint too.

COMPUTER COMPONENTS PROJECT
Finally i have done the hardest project i have ever had.We have three clients that we have to choose three computers for each client and we have to explain each computer that why this is a good computer for this client or person.This project is due on friday october the 13th.
