NEW PROJECT

Today Mr.Case give us our test that we wrote about microsoft excel, he said that our mark was not that good and he explained everything in test again.We have to do a new project which is about hacking , craking, viruses and other computer ethics. We have to write an eassy about any ethics that we would like to do.

COMPUTER LAW
Today we talked different types of computer laws.You can buy cds or dvds or songs and you can put it in your computer, your ipod, your car and you can do whatever you want to do with it but, if you copy the cd or the dvd and give it to someone else that is against the law. You can download songs but, you can't upload it or share it with other people.I think that we should follow these rules and we shoud'nt download illigal sons or something else for example if a singer has realsed a new album and he wants to get too much money and a person comes and buys a cd or dvd or a castte and he makes a thoussand copes of them and sells them to people and he is making all the money but what about the singer he spends all his time working on his album and what he gets only 50 bucks, and this is against the rules too if police caught selling illigal things for sure you are going to spent your rest of the life in jail.If a person comes and says hey i can give you 10 bucks per hours sell these cds or cvds for me and if the police comes you are under arrest because no one else was there you are responsisible for everything and the police will arrest you.If you go to a store and you know that the person is selling illigal stuff and you are still buying it is also against the law.

COMPUTER ETHICS

Today in class we talked about ethics issues.We talked about computer hackers,and we learned that how can some one do something bad to your computer, by which your whole computer can damage and may be kill all your stuff that is inside your computer.There are many ways that a person can hack your computer or can stole money from your bank.YOu should never trust any stranger or give your account number to anyone.Do not download illigeal songs from the internet.Soon we will make a webpage of our own and later on we will do workshop as well and we will talk about these issues next class.

TEST

Yesterday we wrote a test about things in microsoft excel.The test was esay it was all about things that we did in excel and there was some questions about formulas and averages and some other questions.

Yesterday we were told to work on project which was in microsoft excel and Mr.Case told us that on monday we are going to have a test on microsoft excel and we have to study eveything about it.

CALLING OVER THE INTERNET

Today in class we learned how to call people over the internet.First we called kamini in russia, we talked to her and we all listned to her, then we called some other people in canada.We have got a new project to do, we have to chosse a career that what we will do after university.

SEPERATE LIFE

Today we talked about if we want to live seperate from our parents or family.
What do we need to do?How many hours should we work?How much money do we need to live on our own? We talked about all these stuff and figure out all these questions in microsoft excel.Mr.Case also told us about AUTOSUM, if you want to add some bunch of numbers, write the numbers in each cell and select them and clike on the autosum it will add them automatically and we also learned about SORT ASCENDING.

EXCEL POWERPOINT PRESENTATION

Today we learned how to present somthing in powerpoint from excel.when your donr your things in excel save them in a new folder,go to powerpoint,insert menu,object,choose creat from file,and link it then go to browse, chosse your file and open it and ok.

=(E2-(B2/3))/2*3 this ia the formula in microsoft excel if you know your first term marks and you have your goal adn by using this formula you can know your marks for 2 and 3 term.

Yesterday was the alst day for our project but we didn't did the way mr.Case told us to do so told us the other that how we could do it?He said now it should be done by monday.

CHARTS

Yesterday we talked about how make charts in microsoft excal.Go to excel,write somthing that you like more that another your favorite movies and vote for them,salect everything that you wrote,go to the insert menu,charts and chose waterver you like and finish it.

MAKING GOAL IN MICROSOFT EXCEL

My marks, current average,goal,average goal for each course,request for each course to get my goal.The boxes that are in excel are called cells,value is numbers and a formula that uses liguestis is algebra. Portrait is normal way you look at it when you print it out. Landscape is that it is in virtical way.

BACK TO SCHOOL

After the two weeks of holidays in class we are told to make a result for our next two terms.We should know our all marks and what marks do we want to improve ourselves and what should be our average for last term.We have to do all these stuff in microsoft excel.
