MAKING AN ANIMATION

Today we were suppose to make a simple small animation in macromedia flash.
There are some nice tools if you are makina simple animation like you should always convert whatever you draw into a symbol so that if you need it next time you can just drag it from the liabary.

MACROMEDIA FLASH

Yesterday we start working on macromedia flash.Flash is a software that allows you to make movies and animations. It is a program which is made by adobe.

Today we worked on our projects in publisher. We have to drop it off on friday in the drop off folder.

Today in class we just worked on our projects and we have to drop off the stocks every fridays or once a week.

WORKING ON OUR PROJECTS
Today we got time to work on our projects which is in microsoft publisher about any subjects that we would like to do.
I am doing my project abuot drama.

MICROSOFT PUBLISHER
Today we start talking about microsoft publisher. It is a program in which you can make your doucuments like flyers, magazines, posters and other stuff.
It is always a good progam if you want to print something. It has nice tools and other intersting things that you can use to make your doucument look good and fantastic.

STOCKS PROJECT
This project is about 6 weeks. In these weeks, every tuesdays and fridays we have to check the prices for our stocks and we have to write those stocks prices.

TORONTO STOCK EXCHANGE
We have to find 5 companies that are in toronto stock and we have to buy shares from them and we have $100000. we have to fine the symblos for them. In microsoft excel we had to made a chart in which we have to write the company's name, symbols, price, number of shares, and total cost we have to write everything and times the number of shares with the price of it.
It was due today we had to drop it off in the drop off folder in the stocks folder.

BUSINESS
There are many tyes of business.
For example sole propertiship: it is a type of business in which you are the boss, you work by yourself , you relie on yourself. You can do anything you want and if there is any loses you are the one who is reponsible for everything.
Partnership: A type of bussiness in which you relie on someone else. You work with another person and anothe rtype of business is corporation.

PRESENTING OUR PICTURES

Last class we presented our pictures that we made in photoshop. It was a simple and short presentation, we just ahd to say that which tools did we used in those pictures.

Today we are suppose to present our website to the class. It should be simple and shoort and just an introduction to our website.

PROBLEM WITH POSTING

If you don't have your main page saved as index you can have problems with publishing.
Go to macromedia open your folder save it as index.html.

CONNECTING OUR SITES TO THE INTERNET

If you want to connect your website to the internet, go to macromedia, edit your site. Go to the connect button, then expand the page copy averything and paste it in your folder.

TEST
Today we wrote the test which was about macromedia dreamweaver. I studied hard and i think that i did good.

HOW TO CORRECT YOUR DEFINED SITE?

When you are defining your site there is a problum there with those two slashes so here is what you can do:
First go to Macromedia dream weaver.
Define a site, name your site, next, and don't use a tecnology server and next.
Now the two slashes are there with your file , go to the yellow folder near the box adn click on it fine your folder and open it and ok and next.
This will correct your file and you won't have any problums during making your website.

HOW TO DEFINE A SITE?

Go to define a site in macromedia.
Name your site.
Don' t use a tecnology server.
Where you want in your computer to store your files, it is aways good to store it in your home drive.
For connecting your remote server choose none first and keep pressing next everytime you are done and at the end click done.

INFORMATION ABOUT MACROMEDIA
If you want to change your font size in macromedia.
If you want to change your colour in your website.

It inserts line break.

If you want to start a new paragraph.
If you want to add an image.
It creats bold text.
It creats italic text.

TEST

We have a test on thursday about micromedia dream wever and we have to know the following stuff:
Font Size
Font Colour
BoldItalic
Centering
Adding an image from the web in order to make a website.

FTP
It stands for File Transport Protocal. In FTP you can send files back and forward over the Internet.

HTTP

HTTP stands for Hyper Text Transport Protocol.
It tells the computer to display text.
